Man In The Mirror

In a time of body consciousness and scrutiny, even the Michelin Man, whose very essence is a rounded shape made from tyres, is suddenly aware of his size and looks forlornly over his shoulder into the mirror beyond. "Does my bum look big in this?" seems to be the question on his mind.

This is a mixed media sculpture which comes in its own stylish presentation box. The Michelin Man figure is painted ceramic; the long mirror is made with a hardwood surround and stand; and they stand on a black polished acrylic plinth
