Bike Wheel

A diminishing colourful floral motif surrounds a bike wheel that sets a scene of two children riding on one bicycle along a treelined silhouetted horizon. This wooden artwork is inspired by nostalgia and sentiment with childhood memories of freedom. It is made from seven individual layers of birch plywood that are laser cut, coloured, hand finished and set behind a natural birch veneer.
