Dreaming of the Sea

Lucy "paints" with wool, which has unique properties of texture and vibrancy. She loves that things are not always what they seem and in her unusual choice of wool as her medium, many people frequently mistake her work for oils or pastel.

This work is constructed from wool which wonderfully portray the qualities of water. The painting medium used gives a dynamic, textural 3D feel that makes the artwork very distinctive.
