As a photographer in the digital age, David seeks out ways to work beyond the constraints of modern digital imagery. He looks back to the earliest photographic processes and also develops his own alternative ways of producing a photographic image. These include using traditional processes such as cyanotype and gum bichromate and embellishing with water- or oil-gilded gold, silver and copper leaf.
This work is part of David's Waterloo Series using multiple exposures that make it look like a painting. This limited edition work is an archival print on Hahnemuhule Wm. Turner paper. Please email info@mintarts.com if you would like it framed.
